Indemnity
You must pay, assume liability for, and indemnify, protect, defend, save and hold harmless NLCC and its Board, employees, members and volunteers from and against any and all liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, injuries, claims, settlements, actions, and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal fees) of whatsoever kind and nature which may be imposed on or incurred by NLCC, relating to or arising out of this event by you.
