Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation & refund

If you are withdrawing from an NLCC event, please contact us at youthcamp@nlcc.com.au.

If cancellation is received:

  • More than 5 working days from the event date: a full refund is available.
  • Less than 5 working days from the event date: event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event. NLCC cannot accept responsibility for changes due to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 5 working day period.

Non-attendance

If a registered attendee fails to attend an event for which they had registered, the event registration fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.

General

NLCC reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule events due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Where a refund is due to a participant, a full refund less card processing fees (if applicable) will be made in cash as the first preference, otherwise via the same method payment was made. NLCC bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, travel expenses or loss of income).

NLCC also reserves the right to refuse a registration application from any person.

COVID-19 related refunds

In the circumstance where COVID-19 pandemic government restrictions or public health guidelines prevent the Youth Camp from operating as planned, registrants will be entitled to a full refund of event registration fees paid.
